The Cassissium - Seminar room - Nuits-Saint-George - Beaune
Located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the heart of Burgundy, the Cassissium is a museum entirely dedicated to blackcurrant, offering a unique and memorable experience. This museum space offers an approach that is both educational and fun to learn everything about blackcurrant. Visitors benefit from a guided tour of the workshop where the famous crème de cassis is made. Maison Védrenne shares its know-how through a tasting of crème de cassis, liqueurs and syrups, thus offering a gourmet experience accessible to all. Since 2021, the Cassissium has enriched its offers with the Cassis Experience, a complete immersion in the world of blackcurrant. This guided tour is accompanied by a lunch aperitif on the theme of blackcurrant as well as cocktail workshops open to all.
